No longer my issue. Got my items so yeah, I am out. I will make the videos now private as they are no longer needed(except the one in this post)

I did originally plan on not reporting this, as $35 isn't very much to worry about. But since this post is up, I figured I should post the evidence I could scrounge up.
Grizzly had agreed to sell me three items, via three paypal transactions in a row. One transaction for the vulcan, one for the graphite, and one for the cerberus. We had originally agreed on that order around the time that he said he would go first.
Once the time came to actually trade he refused and started spazzing out. and I was like "whatever". I decided to go first. But for the cheapest item.
I sent him a trade offer of all three, as seen below, and he declined them all. I sent a followup trade offer immediately after for just the cerberus, and that one eventually expired.
I no longer have video evidence, as I figured it wouldn't be worth my time to report him. But as seen in the video Warlord posted above, he admits to scamming me for $35, and my profile is shown, as is my steam URL.
If Grizzly is deciding to repent for the scams he committed, I will forgive and not worry about it. But that is ONLY if he trades me the cerberus that we agreed on. He currently has me blocked on steam.

Everything worked out in the end. He didn't want to trade the cerberus anymore, but he let me buy his graphite for an 18k discount.
He still deserves a caution tag, but at least he's made up for what he did.

Its been like 3 months. I gave everything back. Whats going to happen?
