Invalid 76561198044200764 Zirv (TF2OP Scammer)

Appeal for TF2Outpost "Scammer". I have been banned from outpost for paypal "scamming". The guy has a screenshot of supposed scam when he's really scamming me. I payed him the money and he said he did not receive, when I sent $ and he said that he did not get. He tried to scam me, not me scamming him. I know for a fact I got email correct, so I believe the ban was blasphemy, please undo mark. I am trusted buyer/seller via paypal, many transactions. I would love if someone could take higher authority and remove the mark. Thank you.
