I was trying to find someone selling Metal Gear Solid V on Steam,and then this guy added me,we talked for a long time,first he wanted TF2 Keys for his Steam Key,but i don't had any,i only had Steam Wallet,then he gived me the idea of buying something randow from him,using the Steam Market.​

....Now i don't know what to do,i don't know if he is just busy or if he scammed me.​

Do you happen to have screenshots of the complete chatlog between you and the accused?
We'd also need a screenshot of purchase history from Steam market.
The accused here was already marked, so this report will now act as supporting evidence if it is complete.
