Just wondering, did he provided you with any kind of reputation history before making the transaction?

If he didn't, you shouldn't have traded with him because Steam profile comments isn't real reputation.

He chargebacked me as well. I'll provide details later.

You need evidence that he did indeed trade you, and that you have evidence that he agreed to the trade.
