    What happened? Description:
    Wanted to sell Mvm tickets. Taking advantage of my inexperience in the use of Paypal, the user after receiving the items (without payment) just added me to the blacklist.​

    I'm afraid without the chat agreement/discussion or something of a broken agreement we can't continue with this report.
    The note in the trade offer is not enough - need a noted agreement
