What happened? Description:

Again, I'm not the actual victim. Just reporting a fraud of this user.

So, EL Barto started a pay-to-enter Max Head's giveaway, with scrap entry. He bumped his announcement for several days, took his time to end, and it ended. The matter is that he delivered the prize to a friend named Floi he's had business with already. This friend joined the giveaway with a fake username, and EL Barto made him win. This means that EL Barto scammed all the participants of the giveaway.
