    Scam Report

Report Type: [Accomplice] Alternate account of hijacker or scammer
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198198052419

    Victim profile: 76561198129880046

    What happened? Description:
Gredbi, the scammer, was telling me, h3h3 (not the youtuber btw) that he would trade me my Flip Knife | Damascus Steel (Field-Tested) for an M9 Bayonet | Urban Masked (Field-Tested) if I traded this one guy for a rare trading card. He linked me the guy and said he would only trade me if i traded that guy my flip so I would get the card and he would trade me. I checked the price on the card and it was around the price of my knife, so I though this guy was legitimate Once I sent the trade offer and it got accepted. I got excited, like any person would when they're about to get a new knife. So I messaged the guy back, steam said he was offline, then that's when I realized it got scammed. I didn't know how I didn't see it from the beginning. When I checked for the knife in HIS inventory, it wasn't present, so I've come to the conclusion that the account that I have added him on was a separate account so he could scam people. I added him on CSGOLounge also. Never trading on that site ever again. I've gotten scammed twice by going on there.

    Hello @h3h3,

We need the Steam Inventory History of the traded items, or of that period where this happened in.
If you didn't trade much within that period, we do need to see at least 2-3 trades of before and after those dates.

Required Steam Settings for this exercise:
    - Open the Steam Browser by double clicking the steam icon in the tray in lower right corner of your screen.
    - On top left, open menu STEAM and select SETTINGS.
    - On the new Settings dialog box, select INTERFACE and enable the tick in front of: Display Steam URL address bar when available.
    - Click OK to close the Steam Settings dialog, applying the setting.

    Requirements of the screenshot(s):
    - Exclude the Login name and steam wallet amount that is on the very top right.
    - MUST show the Steam URL in top left.
    - MUST show the NICKNAME in top middle.
    - MUST show the Steam window fully from left side to the right side of the window.
    - MUST show the related trade from the day before to up to at least 2 days after the trade or current date if that is earlier.
    - MUST show to the bottom of the steam browser window.
    - You are NOT to edit the screenshot, and NOT to blank out anything.

    Greetings @TFD_Industries™,
Thank you for looking at my stupidity at its finest at this time. I did what you asked and took a screenshot of my trade offers. I mainly made this report to help the community, to help other people to avoid this type of scam. Thank you for your time.
