    What happened? Description:
    Accused posted on CSGOLounge a comment that he is trading his $130 M4 Radiation Hazzard for my items and is willing to overpay. After checking his inventory, I noticed his M4 Radiation Hazzard is not Factory New item but a lesser quality one that is almost worthless compared to the Factory new item.​

    There is nothing here to suggest the user was trying to deceive you - your sending the trade offer there fore your going to be the one putting items in. If you put the wrong item in that is your mistake...the user may or may not be moving items around packs, traded it before hand or you just didn't find it - there is so many things you or we can't verify here.
