Description:
I sold him keys (virtual items from team fortress 2 game) as he write on his note, added in payment: "This payment is for virtual team fortress 2 items. I am buying <Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys>., I have recieved them, and I will not chargeback or dispute this payment."
I add pictures of my trade thread http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4681434 (http://i.imgur.com/TX1Do.png) where i have prices, and picture of trade history on steam (http://i.imgur.com/9bMi7.png) - it prove that i gave him keys. Also his comment in my account (http://i.imgur.com/3xpCt.png).
I sold 45 keys for 1,23$ each = 55,35$ in total.

Also he has bad information on his steam page. I get picture from his steam account when it was open (http://i.imgur.com/cIRHF.png), (http://i.imgur.com/fFVoH.png). He have links to facebook page, twitter and vkontakte, that describe his as Alexander Dolganov, г. Нижний Новгород, Russia. But on his name on page write Илья, Salavat, Bashkortostan, Russian Federation. This is different persons.

Chargebacked me too luckily paypal denied his chargeback for me. Hope the do for you too.
