    Scam Report

Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Fake reputation vouches
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198180376443

    Victim profile: 76561198071481550

    What happened? Description:
Kasper asked to trade me for my ST Flip Knife, he asked that I verify that my skin is "Clean" by verifying it with a "Steam Community Admin" we went through 2 "Admins" I asked, "Horse" (a SteamRep admin) for help.

    Provide Evidence:
Kasper asked me to trade, we agreed on what we wanted to trade. He then asked that we check that our items are "Clean" by a "Steam Community Admin" because he had lost his "$10000" inventory because of a "dirty" item. He contacted Pretty Help's(http://steamcommunity.com/id/SteamValve_SteamWorks1) as well as another "Steam Community admin; Jeff(http://steamcommunity.com/id/OfficialJeffPotato) both "admins" asked that we trade offer our items that we were wishing to trade. I didn't feel safe with the first "admin" (Jeff) and backed out before trade offering. I asked Kasper to find a different "admin" he linked me "Pretty Help's" who also asked that I send a trade offer of my Knife and M4 skin, he said that both trade offers would be declined at the same time to verify he was fair. I asked for a screenshot of Kasper's trade offer. He got defensive about being an "admin." This is when I contacted Horse (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198029647111) a verified SteamRep admin, I asked for his advice on the scam and he told me to report them to here. All screenshots are uncropped but I do have multiple monitors so I used snipping tool in order to snip only the monitor with the steam chat.
