There are many reports of this particular person trying to impersonate Fusion. It would seem that he is completely unaware of SteamRep and its purpose.

Have you actually checked the accused's SteamRep page? He's already done this for a confirmed two times and there are at least 10 more pending reports of this same person impersonating the exact same person.
