I posted this trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4700317) on TF2 Outpost to sell my unusual Large Luchadore. This guy added me a few seconds later and offered me 100 $ via PayPal. I don't have the screenshot of the trade (where I just gave him the hat for nothing, because he said that he was going to pay me after he received the hat), but I have the screenshots of our conversation and another screenshot of his SteamRep page (he sent me it). What's incredible is that his SteamRep page says he is a trusted trader and an admin. So he probably stole that account.
Please, somebody help me, that was my very first unusual after a billion crates opened.

Is already marked for impersonation and scamming. If he sent you the link to his rep, and you didn't get it by clicking on him and checking it yourself, then you're probably talking about this guy.

There are at least ten other reports of the person War mention impersonating Fusion and attempting to scam people. Was most likely an impersonator.

The problem is that when we traded, SteamRep was down, that's why he sent me that screenshot. I know I should have waited, but that doesn't change the fact that this douchebag must be stopped. Someone has to do something about it.

As I explained when you posted on TF2-TRADER Forum, and claimed a trusted SR user had scammed you, it was obvious to me even without checking you had fallen foul of an impersonator, and the fact SR was "down" at the time is really not an issue. You did not bother to check the profile of the actual person trading you (and here I mean STEAM profile), you simply believed him when he showed you the screenshot.

Currently the profile of your little scammer is "private', and even it is wasn't at the time, I bet a zillion dollars whatever info it displays would have sent clear warning signs if you had bothered to cast an eye over it.

You feel victim to an impersonator, and you did so because you didn't pay enough attention to the most basic checks. I am very sorry you got taken advantage of by such a cretin, and I do hope you never make this mistake again, sadly you are not alone, far too many people forget to be circumspect in this game mate.

I'm going to try and ask him to give me my hat back, even if I have very little hope about it. I'm afraid that not even my whole backpack is worth that unusual.
