I sold 'Grasshopp3r' 2 earbuds for $68. He paid via PayPal. After I had received said payment, I promptly traded him the items. A very short time later I find that he has already filed a bogus dispute to have the payment refunded (PayPal has since given him his money back.)

He, of course, has NOT returned me my items. In fact it appears he has already sold/traded both of my earbuds away. Please mark him as to warn others of his deceitful, swindling ways.

All the evidence I've collected in an Imgur album:

He wrote "Payment for non-refundable Virtual goods" as the note, yet PayPal went ahead and gave him his money back anyways.

You need to provide more info in the form of PayPal screenshots showing the dispute, chatlogs of the trade agreement or anything else that can help us substantiate this claim.

Contained within the Imgur album linked in the OP, there are screenshots of the disputed payment, comments left by both me and the scammer shortly following the trade (verifying that the transaction took place), times, dates, & proof that I gave him the earbuds.

I don't have the chat logs but i've already provided a substantial amount of other information.

How is this not strong enough evidence to mark him as a scammer?
Surely it's at least enough to warrant a "Caution" mark?

So ive given nearly every bit of evidence you've requested. What else do I need to do?

Look thru the album i've uploaded.

The trade agreement is absolutely necessary. Without it, there's no way to verify if the report is truthful or not.
