What happened? Description:

Added this guy the prior night in anticipation of buying keys from him for PayPal. He was a guy I'd seen on Alias Trade a few times and he wasnt banned on SR nor were there any other red flags against this user that would turn me away from buying from him. I spoke with him earlier tonight and worked out a deal with him to buy 16 CS keys for $32 USD PayPal. He told me he was in the middle of a matchmaking game and to wait a bit. He then told me he was ready and I asked for his PayPal email and sent him the $32 expecting him to send me a trade offer for the keys after. This was nothing out of the ordinary, as someone who often buys keys, going first with PayPal is nothing new to me and I did what I would normally do. After I told him that the money went through, he told me to send him a trade offer and after that he simply removed me, blocked me, and changed his Steam name.​

Is this user ever going to get banned?
I dont mean to sound annoying and I understand that the world doesnt revolve around me, but its quite obvious that he scammed me, you told me to provide more evidence (in which I did) and a week later it appears my report has just been left for dead and is not being handled.
Sorry to sound like an a✿✿✿✿✿✿, but I mean, cmon :/
