This is one of the accounts associated with it: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198331868759

on their FAQ page (http://o-skins.com/faq) is this snippet of text:

Sometimes, at series of suspicious victories, the system can request you to confirm your account with replenishment of the account for $100 or 10% of the winning amount. It is made for our protection against hackers. You can add these things to stock on the website and press "to return". Get verification!

Not only is that further proof that its a scam site, the link directs to this tradelink:

@TheSheldor96 Need to see a mouse over of the place you got that trade offer URL. Example: You find a deposit button? You hover your mouse pointer over that button as if to click on it and it shows that URL at the bottom.

See how I did the evidence against the URL you gave?

Not only does it show the URL in the top but shows the account the URL goes to which is this account that you gave - always give full SR profile blocks.

You should always provide more evidence up front.

My bad. That didn't occur to me but here's a screenshot of me mousing over the link and the trade url in the bottom left corner. Also, looking at whois, this guy is linked to several other fake gambling sites. Im not sure if I would be allowed to post that or if that even helps but yea. (Don't judge, I clearly have nothing better to do with my time xD)
