What happened? Description:

So I have a trade open to purchase TF2 keys via Paypal. An account by the name of Guy adds me. His steam rep link is http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198010923721 This account is marked on Steamrep for scamming, so I deny the invite.

About 30 minutes later, the accused profile adds me trying to sell keys. When I go to do research on this account, there are several red flags. Despite the account having a 12 year Steam badge, it has never logged into Outpost and its profile has never been looked up on backpack.tf (screenshot attached). The hours of the account in game are also suspiciously low. When I google the ID64, I find a page for UGC showing the account is registered on a competitive team under the name "guy".

In addition, looking up the history of several items in the accused's backpack show that Guy or his alt account, using the name [LOCKED], were previous owners of the items (screenshots also attached). I believe there is sufficient evidence to determine that the accused is an alt account of a marked scammer and is attempting to sell stolen goods.​

Provide Evidence:

Screenshots are of several item's previously owned by Guy and of the UGC page showing him under the name Guy. There was no chat log because I never chatted with Guy, and only briefly had the accused added before I removed him, also without chatting with him. Also included are physical links.
