Have some patience Peter. As you can see, there's tons of reported scammers already. It takes a little bit of time.

In addition, we are completely unable to help you without evidence. While TF2Items is a great resource, we have stated numerous times on our site that we CANNOT use it as evidence.
You need to take screenshots of your inventory history for the day of the scam as well as any screenshots of the chat, agreements, profiles of the people you traded with from your inventory history, etc.

Here is a screenshot of my trade history.
And a User who added me to say that the thief would deny everything.

And to "help", besides I was very nervous when my Steam crashed and restarted, and it did not have time to take the SS.
I hope that this evidence is sufficient to prove that I was robbed and cheated.
By a hacker to invade through your Friends list, and pretends to be a friend of your confidence and take all the itens.

Good day to all.

I'm the Zetos character in hand. It's quite noticeable that my friend's english isn't crystal clear, so I'll try sorting some things out, so you guys can understand better.

Myself, Peter and about two other friends were in the night before the scam talking on Skype while playing a TF2 match. One of the subjects was about testing items' colors on Item_test. After I log in the day after, my friend suddenly screams at my chat telling me he was scammed, and as he talks to me how it went on, he says the scammer talked perfectly as me (I always try to use perfect grammar, and commonly use a few emoticons at the end of shouts. At many points the scammer managed to clone quite right, as well having my groups and Steam profile's description cloned, and he mentioned about wanting to get his items so he could try them out on Item_test. Now this point is what I was furious about, because we would be dealing with some sort of connection interception (?) so he could get the info on the voice conversation? I don't know.

Another interesting point is that I don't go on randomly accepting friend's invitations, so this scammer in particular was an old contact of mine, and Peter's as well, so he could clone our information, managing to send messages to us and have acces to information, since our profiles are restricted to friends. Note that after I logged in, a Peter character send me without warning ou context a trade invitation, but I never accept them without reason, even by friends. As he declined, he went offline and deleted me from the friends list (I was trying to get the profile page to investigate, but there was only one Peter in my list, the genuine one. It would happen to have two, since the scammer left his account's last name as Peter's. I was unable to even try to use the View Aliases option to see who he were identified as, because he flooded the list switching names. All the last recorded names were random nicks.

Just another side notes: This scammer's profile had like only 6 contacts. 3 People I have no clue who they were, myself, Peter and one named "Rage". This last one would be the vessel, where I came only to the conclusion that the scammer believed only the account that practiced the scam would be passive of being banned, and the vessel couldn't, so he transfered the stolen items to this new one, and this is the one he attempted to initiate selling topic's at TF2Outpost. And the icing on the cake: This Rage account were created at the very day of the scam. C'mon ¬¬"

A few facts might be without proving screenshots at the moment, but I'll try talking to Peter and see if we can solidify some information.

As I said to Peter, he had a tiny bit of blame in this, as I have (and would) never ask(ed) for anyone's items, and a trade with this magnitude (involving unusuals, Max, Bill's) he didn't thought on going to Skype/Steam's voice chat to confirm it was really me in question. But I can't blame him, he's a very kind person that believe in the good of people, he would've never imagined this could happen to him. I'm as not guilty as he is, but he easily could have put the blame on me or raged against me, but as I said: he's a kind person, and totally understood my side.

Thanks everybody for their patient and interest on reading this thread. As this site is not about returning stolen items, we hope we can achieve what we're all here for: marking thiefs as what they are.

So, Peter sent me a few screenshots. Since we weren't used to all this "preparing proofs to testify the scam" setup, it's not all that fresh. Below are some SS's that shows the vessel account being created on the day of the theft, they being linked (befriended) the same day, and the uselessness of the account: no games or playing whatsoever, just used to apply the scam. I wish I had a SS showing the View Aliases option, with my name on the history followed by his (he tried to scam both ends).
