    Scam Report

Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
Virtual item type involved: [None] No items

    Accused profile: 76561197961086850

    Victim profile: 76561198045552709

    What happened? Description:
Pretty clear-cut case of an impersonator. He's going around and trying to sell my code (which he doesn't have or own) at a large discount.

    Provide Evidence:
    Screenshot of his profile: http://i.imgur.com/ZmxfdzM.png
    Screenshot of my profile: http://i.imgur.com/XaWyHvR.png

I'd also like to note that I've changed my display name and avatar the first time he tried to impersonate me, and he changed his to copy mine again when he noticed.

Also note his custom URL compared to mine. It looks similar at a glance.

I'd also like to add that I've changed my display name and avatar back to my previous one, but the screenshots still hold a record of what it used to be, which you can compare to the impersonator's profile.

Impersonation yes - intent to scam no.
I see no link back to your inventory, to your information anywhere therefore no intent to scam.
If anything so far its a means to troll - but without clear cut intent to scam with it we won't investigate.
You can report user to valve instead.
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
