Talk to steam support they can get him for you if u have proof(btw next time include proof and make a thread the way it has been asked for in rules)

so you need evidence for getting yourself trade banned? and I'm currently trying to contact steam support

I got hijacked once, you have to provide them with evidence of your first purchase (if you bought it in a store, so i hope you stil have everything but most importantly the activation code of your first game on steam) or name the very first game you bought through steam itself to Support.

Note that Steamrep cannot ban people but only mark them.

How did you get his IP? You can't get that off steam.... This is all a bit fishy as you could have traded that BMOC/Bill's for paypal and you're just trying to screw over this guy.

Not to mention the guy has no Bill's or BMOC. I even screenshotted it if it helps the investigation.

If you can still use the browser, change your password. Also, two people CANNOT use the same Steam account at the same time. Regardless, I will mark your account as a possible hijacking. If it turns out you are lying about being hijacked, you will just keep the tag and I'll change the offense.
