    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims

    We share the same PC and trade our items back and forth, he taught me to trade, broker and tried to get me to scam. (brother)
    I am willing to share all of his alternate accounts and profiles for an appeal if needed.
    ITS NOT MY ALT WHY DID YOU DENY THE LAST ONE? ITS NOT MY ALT ITS HIS ACCOUNT!? WTF IS DEFACTO???? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN MORE AND OT JUST INSTANT DENY? I DIDNT SAY HIS ACCOUNTS WERE MINE!!!​
