I sold him some keys, and thought everything was fine. I didnt realize all his rep was from that day, and he has charged back myself twice ($55.60 and $0.42) as well as 2 others who have posted aswell. He also changes his name often.

May, I ask what the connection is between the paypal account and my account? Did you just get chargebacked from another person and blame it on me? I don't see the connection of my account and the paypal account. The paypal account has no relationship with my account. For all we know, the paypal account could be completely different from my steam profile account. The only dispute i made today was that I sent $25 to the wrong person by making a typo in the 'Send Gift' option. I did not chargeback anyone else. Plus, that is not my Paypal account. You are just pulling some random backcharge against you and linking it with my account with no evidence at all.

Tagged as scammer until (or if) this is cleared up.
