Description:
Added me on Steam to offer on an unusual I am selling. He offered me 85 USD of PayPal funds. He refused to post on the trade itself. When asked if he has rep he said he does and pointed to his profile page where he indeed does have tons of +rep but none for actual monetary transactions. The first alarm sign was that he had 18 pages of rep on a completely private profile. Then I noticed how all of his games are from the latest Humble Bundle which he could've purchased for a negligible sum and partially redeemed in order not to look suspicious. When that was mentioned he immediately disappeared.

Why is action against this guy taking so long? He's had legitimate evidence against him since Thursday and is actively paypal scamming the outpost.
