Story;

StupidLiar attempted to trade a Barely Melted Capacitor for my Unusual Orbiting Fire Anger. After I told him I took a screenshot of the trade (http://imgur.com/7l7ob), he the proceeded to ask what I was talking about. He then asked, "What's an unusual?" (http://imgur.com/p9XM). I made sure of it to report him TF2 Outpost, and also comment on his profile with the first screenshot I provided you, hoping that he won't be able to try it on anyone else again.

If you check on his profile, it shows he has over 300 hours. So yea, I agree with you. He isn't new to prices or trading.
