What happened? Description:

Had sold a few items to him in the past via UK Bank Transfer, and had talked to him quite a bit. As a result I built up a layer of trust with him. He wanted to buy a Desert Eagle Night with 4 Crown Foils (link to exchange page of item: http://csgo.exchange/item/3418132667). We agreed on a price of £113.62. He could only send £95 and said he would send the remaining £18.62 the following day. As a gesture of good will I sent him the Deagle in advance. He has since been unresponsive and has blocked me on steam.

This is an open and shut case, please ban him.​
