Hello, steamrep. I have honestly never reported a player for scamming before, but I believe that my evidence will suffice.

So, a friend of mine, Moybus, says he is quitting TF2 due to a recent scam. He provided me with a picture of the trade.

She was supposed to give him $20 for his items, but this happened, and she blocked/removed him.

Most of the items in her inventory found here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/166226 that appeared in the trade history, have Moybus' name as the original owner.

Long story short;

Victim was promised 20 Pounds for the items shown in the screenshot, he instead got deleted from the scammer in questions friendslist and blocked. When confronted he / she didnt respond and blocked the one confronting him with these facts.

Do you or your friend have any screenshots of the original trade agreement? There is nothing much we can do without that.

In regards to Aces' comment, I do not believe so; but I will add you to see. (hope that's okay)

We also need the victim's entire trade history for that day as well as Paypal or Webmoney history verifying non-payment.
