    What happened? Description:
    Received a trade offer from this person claiming to be some sort of broker/helper taking payment for brokering some fictitious unusual trade.

    I have not encountered this user previously.​

    Perfect! See its always the little things like scroll down an inch that helps :)
    Problem here is I'm not convinced the user was up to no good... .some do it to communicate intentions but there may be more to it such as chat evidence that is not provided that could suggest something else was going on here.
    I'll make an internal note for now.
