I think SteamRep does NOT take any action against hackers/cheaters.

Might i suggest sending the videofile to Support in a ticket, Steamrep as mentioned by Black Adder (On a sidenote, love that series) only handles trading issues, disputes or scams. Make sure to include all the information such as his Steam ID and profile link.

Also note that the hacker isnt registered as a full fledged user, meaning he'll just make another account when that one gets banned.

    1. The account is a obvious throwaway account, very recently made.
    2. SteamRep is aiming only at scammers/hijackers that use steam trading. Altho a lot of other things are disliked by SR admins, its not within the scope.
    3. Hackers are VAC banned by Valve in 4-10 weeks after detection by Valve.
    4. The best action is to:
      1. Go to the Steam profile of that account, and report abuse (top right of the page)
      2. And maybe a Steam Support ticket, altho they will only respond that the VAC ban system is automatic.
    5. The best prevention to not encounter cheaters is to start using community servers instead of valve servers. Valve servers are not adminned, and as it takes 4-10 weeks before a VAC ban is applied there is plenty of time for them to troll around. Community servers can have active admins, which can be warned and they can then take action, they can have additional anti-cheat stuff installed, like SMAC or a global anti cheater ban system added, etc. In general its rare to see a cheater there.
