What happened? Description:

The following use has attempted to scam me twice. First by bitcoins, 2nd attempt was made using PayPal​

I added this guy wanting to buy some of his skins, in the CSLounge trade he had his Orion, AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge and a M4A1-S Golden Coil, I added him and made an offer of 30$ for his skins, he agreed for 30$ in bitcoins for his skins but he said we'll have to do it tomorrow we both agreed and went off, this morning he messaged me reminding about the deal so I confirmed once again I have 30$ he said yes I gave him the amount of bitcoins he'll get (Preev rates) and again he agreed, he gave me his address and I sent him the bitcoins, what happened next was basically he said first that I sent him 28.5 Euros instead of 30 (We agreed on US Dollars) and he pressured me into accepting now a new deal after he got my money (1.5 Euros for a 10$ skin, very nice) and said I will get only the ak and M4 for those 28.5 euros, as I didnt really have any other choice I accepted the new deal hoping I'd get my skins, after ignoring me for what seemed like ages he replied saying he cant use my money (So he just went on and tried to use the money before finishing the actual deal) later he said he will be back at night and he wont accept the trade for now, I said that I wont stand for this and he has 10 minutes to either refund me, after I mentioned that I will report this in SteamREP he said I either wait or he blocks me and wont give me anything, after spamming him for 10-20 minutes that I will make a report he agreed to make my refund (0.5$ less then I sent) later after I got my money I said that I will still make a report to alert the community, instantly he offered to buy my Knife+USP-S Kill confirmed, he even offered around the same amount the skin is worth market, I pretty much knew it was a scam then for sure and he's trying to get as much as he can (He offered 110$ for 115$ skins), I let him know again that this report will be sent and he removed me from his friends list, I advice to trade with caution with this guy.​
