http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/expanded-faq-recommended.7263/ Q: For what use is the "Report" feature of the forum? A: It is for reporting problematic posts like spam, racism, insulting content, etc. to keep a certain civility in the forum. What it's NOT for is reporting posts/reports/appeals, to try to close topics, or disagreement of what is in the posts. Refute them (with reason) with a post in the topic.
I am terribly sorry for using the report button, I just panicked when I realised I didn't think of the Steam key in there until after I posted it. I thank you sincerely, and I apologize for the trouble I may have caused you.
its ok. and the steam key is probably already (ab)used anyway by the scammer. the only test is to activate it, which ends up either being already used, or adding it to that account... as I've seen the case now, I'll go ahead and finish it up.
Okay, check this s✿✿✿ out. If you check his friends list, you can see that all the names in there have commented +rep on each others profiles. And they all live in either Liverpool or Romania. And they all have the exactly identical 3 games. CS, CS:CZ and CS:CZ-Deleted scenes.
