Description of the situation:
This person (SummitGCA) put me on his friends list and wanted to offer on my Bubbling Hound Dog. He said he would gift me $55 in steam wallet cash. He said he had alot of rep. No marks on his Steamrep and his Steam profile had good rep. I was still distrusting so I got out my Bandicam and started recording. We did the trade and he blocked me immediately afterwards.

I am not sure if I did the thread right, but not the problem.
I really like the hat guys, can you please helped me out?

UPDATE: I ended up joining a server with him where it was just him and his friend. His friend stated: "I don't want him to get trade banned, so I'll give you my Unusual Bubbling Hound Dog"
SO GREAT I GOT IT BACK. I am so happy.
BUT I would suggest to NOT TRUST THIS TRADER. Just because his friend gave me mine doesn't mean you should trust him.

This user added me to inquire about spycrabbing this bubbling hound dog. I was very hesitant as I know MANY scammers have lately been crabbing scammed hats.

Today this user contacted me again to ask about crabbing a bills i assume he scammed.

I would avoid this trader.

He still scammed a hat from you, so I think this still warrants a mark. The fact that, that coward had to make his friend give it back to you... well, not sure how to put this in words. Main point, a scammer mark should be issued.

I have checked his Steamrep page and noticed he has been trade banned. Success, good job to all of the reports.
On a side note, I heard his voice when I joined his game. The guy was just a kid, probably 12, around the pre-teens age.
On another side note, Acesgamer just replied to me. Sweet.

Man good thing i wasnt the only one that got scammed by this guy. the only reason you would believe him is because of all of his rep.
