What happened? Description:

This guy added me on April 18 2017, he was interested in buying CSGO Keys, we had an agreement he was buying keys for $2.25 each. I took a look at his repcash he had more reputations than me so I had to go first, so I gave him 40 keys first, i waited for a minute and then he said he cannot give less than 200$, I added 60 keys more and he said it will be an international transaction, it will take time, i've waited for 2 hours didn't received anything from my paypal, and then later I asked him to do a full refund he just unfriended and made his profile private.
I'm so stupid.​

He then told me that paypal won't allow him to transfer for less than 200$
He told me to add 60 more keys and he'll pay $225 for all of my keys.
