We agreed a deal whereby I gave him Just Cause 2 (Steam key) and then he would give me 4 TF2 keys. After taking my code and confirming it worked he failed to complete the transaction and then blocked me.

He owns both Bad Rats and Just Cause 2. I have also attached screenshots of how each product code has been redeemed. This particular report is outside of SteamRep Investigative Policy. We are able to see that the key is redeemed, but not who it was redeemed by. Overslop, you also own Just Cause 2 and Bad Rats. How do we know they were not already redeemed by you at the time of the trade? For clarification, this is not questioning your character - this is explaining why I feel that we cannot accept the report in it's current state. Hhere is the official policy:
