What happened? Description:

He asked me at first to advertise his new gambling website (http://skins-wrap.com/), obviously just bots in chat and look really dodgy. He then goes on to say that he will pay me after i asked him if he would. After, he states that he can just pay me by choosing me as winner on jackpot and giving me some skins worth 100 dollars. He "chooses" several people that I ask to win, to show that he really can control the outcome. He then tells me to deposit but minimum is 20 dollars. I hold him up with a fake excuse on having to go to dinner so i could submit a report, seeing as he is not banned on steamrep yet and the fake bot that takes deposits from the site already has some probably scammed items, so i decided to try and stop it ​

Provide Evidence:

the site his opened just to show it, and the requests i made for a winner happened before, apart from 3rd screenshot, in which the chat shows that he made that person "win" on the site and i captured it in time.​
