Hi, he add me for buy keys. He would 60 keys, he went first and give me money in 2 times. Actually I have a chargeback for him with paypal.

He charged back for $120. Any idea how I can get the money? I'm slightly worried.

Should I resolve the claim by choosing the 'I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.' option?

Guys I got scammed by this individual. I called a Paypal Specialist and they placed a note on my disputes regarding the trades with Goh Chin Hong. He made an Unauthorized Claim and both my disputes are being investigated by the Paypal Fraud Team.

The Paypal Specialist who talked to me said that it is harder for sellers to win these kinds of disputes because they involve digital goods. As a result, it is hard to track down whether or not the items have reached the buyer. That is because there is no shipper. Here is proof that Items were sent to him.

All in all, I will be giving this thread link to Paypal so that any of our disputes can be resolved as soon as possible. If however we do lose the disputes, I was told to go to www.IC3.gov to report fraudulent refunds. While this is happening, my Paypal balance is light by $123.50 USD because they are held under investigation.
