What happened? Description:

tried scamming me of my unusual on my alt with a offer of a steam wallet code or paypal claiming he was going to pay me with either a steam wallet code he got for his birthday or the 1000 dollars he had in his paypal​

No offense but just because he didn't go first doesn't mean he's scamming, afak.

And you tried to scam him kinda, since I doubt you would've given his key back
Just my thoughts, but im sure the admin would say the same, you can't report him because he didn't go first, you won't know if he'll actually pay you or not.

You can clearly read "I will find the money and give it if you find it on google" Don't make up stuff. Besides I clearly offered to give you a screenshot of the code itself you denied. And yes It is from my birthday and I can still provide a picture if needed of the code infront of this post or whatever if you don't belive. Peace.

You should be fine, there is no proof you weren't going to pay him, its just a case of him not wanting to go first and assuming the worse, which is fine, just not fine for a report.

Why even give "half codes"?

because they expect the person to give them the item after they have half a fake steamcode

hence why its a steam wallet scam

Half code is to be fair for both people.

How does it make it fairer? A half code is 100% useless and has no value. Wouldn't matter whether or not you would give it.
