I left a couple of replies on Steam trading forum that i am trading away my Just Cause 2 for a copy of Left 4 Dead 2. A couple of minutes later i got a friend invite, then as seen in our conversation he said to send me a Left 4 Dead 2 after the trade, which i never got. His last message was "+ rep Good Trader Good Fun With l4d2 cya" then he deleted me.

yes he should be banned. I just saw one more thread [ http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198061235751-alutka1.13361/ ] who was scammed for his giftable L4D2 . Also, i got scammed from the same guy. Here's the link ive created. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/scammer-alutkal.13367/
