    What happened? Description:
    He did a pretty blatant scam. He told me that I needed to send him first and then He will send me his. After telling him that i would post this in steamrep.com, he continued to say that he accidentally used his opskins money so he cannot make the trade. He didnt unfriend me for a reason but he blocked me.​

    Not enough evidence of any scam here - you can't just make a report assuming someone won't follow thru with their end of the deal.
