Asked where he added me from and to see his profile, he only replied with SteamTrades and no link. I figured I'd entertain it a bit more to see how it went. I have over 50+ rep on SteamTrades and they have no comments with a friendsonly profile. As you can see as soon as I asked them to go first they refused, so I said "nope, have a great day" to which they removed me instantly. I readded them which is them coming back on and saying "yes man?" (if you had disconnected that wouldn't be the first thing you would say) It wasn't a successful scam, but that's because I was suspicious from the beginning.
Second thread sitting here with no replies, first is from October 11. If I've done something incorrect with formatting or if the evidence is insufficient, let me know. I've seen lots of responses within a day or two if there needs to be corrections, but the fact that http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198002469669-scoot.12350/ is still sitting is discouraging.
Admins - see http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198043319782-fever.13470/ for the same type of scam. Although nothing happening in this instance, in the other it did. Different person, same scam type. Recommended caution at minimum. Game activation key scammer.
