    Another good ol' opskins scam. also as usual for those kind of scammers he is impersonating the real Puddilicious too.

    Always try to get a full screen of users profile your reporting WHILE friends - it helps show identity.
    I can't verify that with what you gave so far - no need for the screen of your activity if you can't do it thru a browser to show steam ID at the bottom so try that one again full screen.
    Steam client just doesn't cut it.
