What happened? Description:

ok so i was looking and one of my friends backpack.tf profile to see if they had a unusual i liked. i then noticed joe had a negative trust rating. so i looked and it said that he tried to scam a kid using the opskins scam. as you see here

so i became curious and asked joe why did you try to scam him. he then told me he wanted unusuals faster and easier. ihe then told me if he gets banned he will make a new account
i know thi s has not happened to me but this person is dangerous to the tf2 community​
