    What happened? Description:
    he added me and said he wanted to trade my 60$ gut knife for his 140$ flip knife, he then invited me to a screenleap and said he wanted to be sure that my knife can be marketed on opskins/skinbaron, i knew it was a scam and confronted him and he unfriended me.​

    Do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out BEFORE you accept friend request) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    As for this report - what are you reporting the user doing here? You didn't say what they were doing... what was the purpose of screenleap?

    hey, the screen leap he was trying to guide me to "deposit" and he would see and he most likely would have sent me an offer to see if my skins could be verified

    Yep user is still doing what they were already tagged for - keep an eye out on who you trade with in the future - you see they are already tagged just avoid them.
