I put up a Outpost trade selling the dota 2 invites for tf2 items. He then added me and said what the screenshot said. When he linked me to the steam rep it seemed legitimate so I traded with him. After a few minutes he blocked me.
I aslo saw that he scammed another person out of CS:GO http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198065748249-johnny-no-aim.12782/ .

The person is marked as a scammer this will be added to his list of offenses.
