What happened? Description:

I am a moderator on a PUBG Discord server - http://discord.gg/pubg with over 33000 members and we have an active Trading section on the server for PUBG, This report is a scam that happened on the server via Steam Trade.

The Scammer Met the Victim on the Discord server and played few games together, later added the victim on steam and said he is interested in buying his PUBG items and some cs go skins for 30$ Paypal.
The scammer said that he will pay the money after the victim accepts the trade as he was higher on steam level. Sadly the victim trusted him and went first and accepted the trade and the scammer said the money will come to the victims PayPal account after few mins and ran with the items as soon as the trade was accepted.​

Provide Evidence:

The victim recorded the whole thing using NVIDIA shadow play.
In the video, the voice you hear is the scammers.
Scammer tells the victim to check his profile to see all the +reps on his profile to prove to the victim that he is legit and has good reputation

Bluffs about typing card info and payment has been sent and stays with the victim for a few mins acting cool to make him believe he did send the money and later run with it

Towards the end of the video you can hear the victim says "I haven't got the items yet its on the trade offer" Right after you see on the bottom right of the video (1 new item received notification for the victim) meaning the trade was accepted and the scammer has the items and lied about not accepting the trade yet

At the end of the video, you can hear the discord disconnect sound as well as the scammer offline on steam (Removed and blocked the victim)
