What happened? Description:

I'm not entirely sure if the person that made off as if the accused is a storage account of his actually owns the account. The profiles of both the accused and the person trying to scam are almost identical. But what happened is that another account added me and tried to get me to trade with a middle man which has a negative stem rep and when I didn't go for that option he tried to get me to validate my items so he can check the sales history of my items which was strange because there isn't really anything I have to do to enable him to check that. So along with the accused I have reported the following account as well http://steamcommunity.com/id/BananaKnifeSkinsTrading8888888/ ( this was the account that he started messaging me on) and this is the account that he tried to use as a middleman http://steamcommunity.com/id/SteamBottigerAdministratorValve (which has a negative steam rep for impersonantion, due to him already having a negative steam rep I will most likely not be going through this whole process again to report him. If all the accounts involved in this could be reported on this one submission it would be greatly appreciated.​

I understand what you are saying, the only reason I reported this user along with the rest is because I thought there was a way you could make people aware on SteamRep that the accused account( that was last active almost a year ago) is being used by scammers due to the large and expensive inventory. It's strange that scammers are using an inactive account with an inventory of almost $40k in items and the account only has two friends out of which one has been banned on SR and the other been inactive for 111 days. What it seemed like to me is an account that was setup to bait people into believing the whole scam,because it just doesn't make any sense that a person would leave an account with that amount of items just like that.
I know I shouldn't have reported just on my own assumptions but I felt it was necessary for someone that knows more about these occurrences to know about this. You most definitely know a lot more about this than I do, so if you believe it's an innocent user then I would like to apologise to that person in this thread and I would like to retract my report I filed.

I'm just tired of being invited by these people everyday and knowing that they succeed with other people.
