What happened? Description:

This person is trying to scam me by overpaying in paypal cash/steam cards for some dota 2 items. He is offering 150% value for the courier and $7-8 more for the Padda using "paypal" to try and cancel the payment and get it refunded afterward. This is an obvious overoffer scam. They use fake profile rep and still have someone saying they are a scammer on their most recent profilepost. Please do something on steam rep so he doesn't scam others with this profile.​

Nobody pays more for an item that can easily be bought on steam. Offering %50 more than the item is worth? Even if the item is small, this is still an obvious scam. They will continue to scam and scam.
