Appeal description:

The event occurred 5 years ago and the victim was repaid within 24 hours. A ban seems a tad unnecessary in my opinion.

I know in the previous appeal there was an issue with an outstanding report in which you needed sufficient screenshots for it to be deemed as a non-report able offence. The screenshots are attached and show the user being paid.​
