Whoops, recorrected again, I was in a rush when I posted this, I am sure all of this is [CORRECT], bits and pieces may seem incorrect, if you are going to judge something please take everything into account.

This report is one-sided. I've been sick and tired waiting for Phil to finish collecting what he originally offered, this is the second time he has tried to get me tagged for "scamming" which I do not see how I have. I have been extremely truthful and I have kept this "Billycock" for over 4 months because I had made a deal with Phil which I promised not sell to ANYONE else but him, as the 11 he put into the Anger took off the 11/20 he initially offered. Those trade histories are also one sided, he does include the countless items I have traded, including keys as well as 4 buds to buy the Unusual Anger himself. Regarding the Anger, Phil told me to buy it using the buds he had and along with 4 of my buds(this is the original thread which I had initially appealed over a couple of months ago: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198010639538-thefish-sr-scammer.8528/). He told me once he got the hat, he could get buds much faster. He returned the 4 buds I had given him, and the next day he gave me the rest of his to purchase the Anger, and later told me to give the anger to "HappyParazit"(Explained more in my original thread). The reason he gave me the buds to buy the hat is still unknown to me, he could have bought it himself. However, he told me one of his friends would add me. At that point in time, I had no clue about Steam-Rep, the first time I was introduced was when I was banned from a trade server due to Phil accusing me of "Scamming". I also no longer have access to "The Original Noobercharge," this account was given to me by a friend who didn't use it anymore, but it has been returned to him.

I spoke irresponsibly as I was extremely irritated with Phil trying to force me to give him the Billycock, even after waiting over 4 months for the payment(threatened that his "Russian friends" would "wrek me" if I didn't). He also has an SR Tag which I believe would restrict me from trading with him. He has explained to me how he acquired these buds, something about "Gib Hats Please" or something like that. Also in one of the screen shots about, it proves he traded Dr. Shab 3 Buds to remove his tags(http://i.imgur.com/G6Ktg.png), which he has admitted to me and I am sorry I could not get a screenshot myself (I had mentioned Phil gave Shab the buds in my original thread: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198010639538-thefish-sr-scammer.8528/). I have given him countless options till now, as well as cutting the 9 buds he owes in half as I was sick of waiting, yet he has refused. He has offered me $270 via PayPal but he doesn't want to use a middleman. I also cannot trade with him anytime soon as he has an SR Tag for trading with "HappyParazit." I have become a fairly well known and respected trader in the community, and would love to keep that trust.

Sorry if I missed a few details. My memory is kind of hazy as it has been over 4 months.

Since Rolex has PM'd me, and he claims he has had contact with an SR admin of some sort (as in I can identify this user if I see there name once more) I agree to get 4 earbuds then trade with this user (after a claimed permission is granted). After this, we will see what happens.
