The person in question is Zombs, who is curreuntly under a Caution tag for misrepresenting items and avoiding bans. A few hours earlier, I reported a scammer alt (Paco) to an OP admin (Pretendeer) who put a scammed Unusual Anger up for trade, and after confirming a set of matching IPs, Pretendeer had him banned and marked on OP. The user lol S T A R was the account originally used to scam the Anger, and is marked.

About two hours after having Paco marked, I find the same hat back up on OP through another profile; Zomb's. So it's either that he's another scammer alt, or is at least trading with the scammer. Note that there's nothing of value in the previous owner's (Paco) BP.

"Yes, Steamrep has me marked for caution, "perm ban for fake offering on own items and ban avoidance" , I got banned around 2 years ago for flaming someone and I forgot my password to my new account which I have been trading on for a long time without a problem so I decided to contact an admin to get my password reset, then they just said I was avoiding a ban and banned me... and my explanation for "fake offering": of course no one will believe this but I have a brother who has the same ip as me because we share the same internet and he fake offered without me knowing."

Also, I had no idea paco was a "scammer" I found him on an unusual trade server and he was giving a good deal, so I bought it from him.

You claim that you met Paco on a server, but he has 0 hours played on TF2 in the past 2 weeks. How would you explain that? And why would you lie about it? The link below is a screenshot I took of Paco's profile with no playing time along with a windowed opened with official time.

I was in an unusual trade server saying that I have buds and what not, and I got a friend request from paco and he asked me if I was interested in his hat, I thought he was a guy from the trade server that wanted to talk, at least that is what he said.

The guy Zombs bought from, though not marked on SteamRep, looks like an obvious scammer alt to me.

Only 4 games, a few hours in TF2, hardly any friends, yet has a high-tier unusual.
