    What happened? Description:
    It all started when he commented on my profile stating that he was selling keys at $1.90-$1.95 per CS:GO key. I added him to discuss a purchase. Seeing that he had a cash rep thread with great amount of cash rep, he deemed to be trustworthy. I decided for my safety to split the payment so I purchased 33 keys at first. I sent him a total of $65.45 USD. He accepted the trade and said he was getting ready to send the trade. Time passed as he didn't send one and went offline on steam. I checked his steamrep seeing that another user experienced the same problem. I attached the chat log, paypal transaction, my recent trade history, and his "cash rep".​

    Please delete this thread. This user I have reported is not the correct user. I have found the correct user who is indeed banned on Steam Rep.
