    What happened? Description:
    This user added me to buy my unusual ol geezer hat for tf2, which I had listed on backpack.tf for 10 keys. He offered me strange FESTIVIZED (not real festive) scattergun saying that it is worth around 12-15 keys.​

    SR doesn't get involved with pricing/value disputes - based on the screenshots alone this may be a sharking attempt at best.
    What backpack does is up to the..they can do whatever they wish on their own.
    Too much doubt here that the user didn't believe something was valued whatever amount - so its subjective which is why SR doesn't get involved in such disputes.
